I started Cloverleaf Counseling Agency because I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a performance. My goal is to create a space where you can show up honestly, without having to have it all figured out.

I work with adults who are navigating some of life's harder chapters, whether that's anxiety, trauma, burnout, or simply the feeling that something needs to change. I'm here to help you make sense of it and move forward.

How I Work

My approach is honest, collaborative, and tailored to you. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as my foundation, integrating EMDR, somatic approaches, and parts work when appropriate. We'll explore not just your thoughts, but the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape how you navigate life.

Who I Work With

I work with adults (18+) navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, and feeling stuck. I offer individual therapy, not couples counseling. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and move toward a life that feels meaningful to you.

Where We'll Meet

I offer in-person sessions at my Bentonville office, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, along with virtual therapy across Arkansas. 808 S. Walton Blvd., Suite 2 Bentonville, AR 72712 Free 15-minute consultations are available to see if we're a good fit.
